MyGlam (May 2012)

I finally received my bag a few days ago, after a few weeks of waiting for it.  I first emailed myglam when my tracking said "out for delivery".. then "no status update" after I never got it.  I emailed them and they replied once.. asking me to email them again if I still don't get it after a few days.. then they didn't reply for about a week.. so I wrote on their FB wall.. and about a minute or so after they responded to my emails (a little ridiculous to me). Anyhow, they told me that the apt. number they had on file was wrong..so they went ahead and sent me a new package.

I have to say this month's bag was not spectacular but I liked it.  I was very pleased with the products I received.

I Got Mail..

Hello Hello!! "I Got Mail" will be a new segment and will consist of items that I have received for free.  It will be free samples I get in the mail and giveaways that I win.  I might also put products I receive from programs in this segment as well (ie: bzzagent, shespeaks, influenster, ...)

Pink Don't Pass the Gold Line (NOTW)

Woohoo! A nail of the week post!!  I finally had time to do my nails.  Whew.. a hectic week and I have 2 more weeks left that are going to be hectic as well.  At least I got my nails done right? lol.. Can't believe I went through so many days with them bare.  Anyhow as you can see from the photo I used pink.. my cup of tea!  I have so many pink polishes it's not even funny lol.  Anyhow read on for more photos and nail art tape #5.

Birchbox May!! I was so excited for this box because their last collaboration with teen vogue was such a great box.. I was expecting a gossip girl box would be out of this world! Just a little update on why I have not been blogging lately.  My mouse broke =.=.. and I use my laptop to edit my pictures/posts.  I hate not having a mouse things take longer and are a little more difficult because my fingers start cramping up quick but don't worry I have been doing looks and taking pictures for product reviews.. they are all just waiting to be cropped and watermarked.  Also!! 2 of my finals and projects are due next friday! Summer vacation in 2 weeks! woohoo!!

Evaluation: Olay Night Cream

Hello hello!! Oh wee what a hectic week for me.  How is it that i work my butt of doing homework yet i'm still behind on it.. does not make any sense!  Anyhow I am here to talk about night cream.  Now night cream is different from your regular moisturizer and I recommend it for everyone.  The one I will be reviewing today is Olay "night of olay firming cream".. Now different companies carry night creams that target different problems for the face.. so look around for other reviews =)

Also I want to apologize for the lack of posts lately.. but if you follow me on facebook then you know that it is almost the end of the semester and I have a bunch of work to do ><.. So sorry!! I will definitely be making it up in the summer. I have also prepared some products I wanted to review as well.. and will throw in a nail post and make up post here and there when i actually have time to do them.  I have been so busy I still haven't had time to do my nails.

Fauna Collection Look 2

Welcome back for another Make Me Up Wednesday! This is the 2nd look for the Fauna Collection by Wet n' Wild.  This time I decided to do the look following the guide set on the back of the palette.  I actually really like the look of this.  As I stated before the teal color is really pigmented, a little goes a long way.  All the colors should be patted on.. then lightly blended out with a brush.  This is my first Wet n' Wild make up set.  I have to say I am enjoying the palette and blush.  The lip gloss is alright as well.. I'm not a huge gloss person.. I use to be.. but not so much anymore.  I started to notice that after my lip gloss would wear off I would not re-apply it as I do with my lipsticks.

Essie Van d'Go (NOTW)

Manicure Tuesday!! I know i know i keep changing the name haha.. Im still trying to figure out a good title for "Nail Tuesdays".. This week is very similar to last week's except it is a different color, glitter and stamping!  I have been wanting to use this color (Essie: Van d'go) ever since I received it in the mail a few weeks ago.  This is such a pretty salmon/peachy pink polish.. it's a must have in your collection!.. I don't know why I waited so long to pick this up for myself.  Also if you haven't tried stamping you should!!.. I love it.. the only thing about it is.. You get addicted and buy a bunch of plates and then can't decide what image to choose from! lol..
