Milani Color Statement Lipstick Review (High Voltage)

I was fortunate enough to be one of the winners for Milani's 30days giveaway on their facebook.  I won the colr High Voltage.  It is a beautiful red lipstick!

♡Color Statement Lipstick (High Voltage):

 I love the packaging, it is a metallic gold tube (plastic) with the color on the bottom.  It is so simple and yet so pretty.  The only thing I don't like about the packaging is that you can see all the fingerprints on it.  The scent is very mild and reminds me of a lipbalm, I want to say lip smacker(a brand I used when I was a little girl).  You can't really smell if after its applied though.

♡Cons:

• Feels a little dry (make sure to moisturize your lips before application)
• Bleeds a little (use lip-liner to avoid)

♡Thoughts?:
  I really like this lipstick.  It is inexpensive only $5.49 (price may vary).  It can be found in a variety of stores.  It also has a great range of beautiful shades and finishes to fit anyone.  The pigmentation is awesome, it looks great worn alone or with lipgloss.  It does feel a little dry but nothing a little lip balm beforehand won't fix.  Even though it is such a bold color and has great pigmentation it does also bleed a little, of course nothing lip-liner won't fix (I don't wear lip-liner in my swatches for the truest color).
